1. What we do

PulseWork provides AI-assisted front-office services for businesses, including answering calls and messages, responding to and qualifying leads, booking appointments, and following up, in English and Spanish. The specific services, scope, and fees for any engagement are agreed separately in writing.

2. The free audit

The “free missed-revenue audit” is an informational consultation. Any figures, estimates, or projections we share — including those produced by the revenue calculator on the Site — are illustrative estimates, not guarantees of results. Actual outcomes depend on your business and many factors outside our control.

3. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or misuse any content. The Site is provided for general information about our services.

4. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or restrict access to the Site, in whole or in part, at any time and without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or to protect the Site, our users, or our rights.

5. Intellectual property

Information on the Site is provided for general purposes only and is not legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice. You are responsible for decisions you make based on it.

8. Disclaimers

The Site and any free consultation are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PulseWork will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any lost profits or revenue, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or any free consultation, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PulseWork and its officers, members, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Travis County, Texas.

SMS/Text Messaging Program Terms & Conditions

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you agree to receive recurring text messages from PulseWork AI. These terms apply to that messaging program.

1. Program description. PulseWork AI sends transactional and customer-service text messages, including appointment confirmations, appointment and follow-up reminders, and replies to inquiries you submit to us or to a business that uses our service.

2. How to opt in. You opt in by submitting your phone number through our website contact/quote form and agreeing to receive text messages, or by initiating contact with us by phone and agreeing to receive text replies. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.

3. Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us (for example, when you request information, book an appointment, or reply to a message).

4. Costs. Message and data rates may apply. PulseWork AI does not charge for the messages, but your mobile carrier’s standard rates apply.

5. Opt out. You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you reply STOP, we will send one confirmation message and then stop sending texts to that number unless you opt in again.

6. Help. For help, reply HELP to any message, or contact us at samuel@pulseworkai.com.

7. Supported carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your mobile service provider and is outside our control.

8. Privacy. Your mobile information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share mobile opt-in information or SMS consent with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

9. Changes. We may update these SMS terms from time to time. Continued enrollment after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
